RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Exchanging DAHAB merchandise bought from dahab-shoes.com is simple and straightforward.

EXCHANGE WINDOW

Regular Items: Can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Discounted/Sale Items: Can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery.

If the above periods have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.

HOW TO EXCHANGE

1. In-Store: Visit any DAHAB shop across Amman (including Abdali Mall & Mecca Mall.) or Irbid with your online receipt to exchange the size or color.

2. Condition: To be eligible, the product must be in its original state, unused, in original packaging, and must have the trademark label (Tags) attached.

RULES AND CONDITIONS

No Refunds: We DO NOT accept returns for cash refunds. We offer Exchanges Only.

Shipping Costs: The customer bears full shipping costs for exchanges.

Exceptions: If there is a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was received, the customer is exempted from all additional shipping costs.

Service Notes: - We do not offer an "inspection upon delivery" service.

We do not offer a "Pick-up from branch" service for online orders; we provide delivery only.

Pricing: Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already received an Order Confirmation.
