4. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
5. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
6. JORDAN LOCAL CLAUSES Delivery: We provide shipping services across the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout.
Exchanges: As stated in our Refund Policy, we offer Exchanges Only. Discounted or sale items can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery, while non-discounted items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
Taxes: Prices may be subject to VAT or other applicable taxes in Jordan as required by law.
7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
